We have a large team of dedicated small animal vets who see pets only.
If you have a preference as to which vet you see, please specify this when you make an appointment and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Our vets are available for consultation throughout the day. Outside normal surgery hours emergencies are dealt with by our own vets who are on call on a rota system.
We are a nurse training centre and always have a team of both qualified and trainee nurses on hand. They carry out daily clinics including:
♦ weight checks and diet clinics
♦ puppy checks and kitten checks
♦ pet health checks
♦ worm and flea checks
♦ dental clinics
♦ diabetic checks and training on how to inject your pet
♦ clipping nails
♦ expressing anal glands
Please call us, or Make an Appointment online.
We can arrange to visit your pet at home in some circumstances. However, in most cases, there are great advantages to you and your pet in coming into the Practice. We cannot bring all the equipment or medicines that we have in the clinic, and cannot perform essential tests such as blood tests and x-rays. We would therefore advise bringing your pet to the clinic in almost every case. Visiting pets at home also takes longer than treating them at the clinic, thus we respectfully advise that home visits are more costly because of this.
Sometimes, if your pet is very ill, you may wish him or her to be put to sleep at home. We will do our very best to accommodate this.
