As 2020 comes to a close and we look forward to hopefully spending some time with our family and friends, we would like to take this opportunity to thank you, our loyal customers and clients for all your support and patience during the last year.

We have taken the decision, as cases continue to rise that we will continue to work in the safest possible way by allowing members of the public into reception to make enquiries and collect medicines only and to continue to treat your pets in small teams within the building.

Staff have increased levels of PPE, now wearing visors and masks when we are in close contact with each other during treatment, and we continue to offer some routine appointments where possible on Saturdays and Sundays in order to improve access to our services.

Over Christmas and New Year, we will continue to offer our clients a 24-hour emergency service. Our opening times are as follows.
