ORDER REPEAT MEDICATION 

To request medication please complete the form below - fields marked with * are compulsory.  Once you have submitted the form you will see a confirmation page. 

This is for pets on long-term regular medication only (eg. heart treatment, diabetes, arthritis).

Legally, we can only prescribe or dispense prescription only medicines to animals ‘under our care’. Please remember your pet will usually need to have been seen in the last six months by one of our vets in order for us to comply with our pharmacy policy.  If you have any queries or an emergency please telephone our reception team who will be happy to help you.

We request 48 hours notice to process your request.  If your pet is about to run out of critical medicine, please call our Reception Team.

Please provide a phone number or email address in the event that the medications cannot be prepared on time or are unavailable.  You can request a repeat prescription by telephone during office hours. If the prescription is urgent and you have run out of medication, please phone us.
